Day 01 : Chennai
After arrival in Chennai Airport you will be find there Swagat Tours Representatives to greet you and your family. After that you will be escorted to the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Hotel.
Chennai- Apart from the lazy stroll at Marina Beach, the second longest beach in the world, where one can enjoy liveliness of the seas or the sands and a look at archeological section & bronze gallery of the museum. One can also visit the temple of Lord Shiva, built in Dravidian architectural style, known as Kapileshwar temple.
Day 02 : Chennai - Kancheepuram - Mamallapuram
Forenoon sight see places of interesting Chennai - Fort St. George, Govt. Museum, Valluvar Kottam, Snake park, Kapaleeswarar Temple, Santhome Cathedral, and drive along the marina Beach. After lunch proceed to Kancheepuram(popularly known as the city of thousand people) to visit Ekambaranatha Temple, Kamatchi Amman Temple and shop for the world famous Kancheepuram Silks. Proceed to Mamallapuram. Overnight stay will be at Hotel.
Day 03 : Mamallapuram - Chennai - Overnight Train
An open stone art gallery, Mahabalipuram is world famous for its shoe temples. Visit the 7th century pallavan monuments in the forenoon. Relax in the beach. Again leave for Mamallapuram in the evening to reach Chennai. Proceed to EGMORE railway Station to board Pandiyan Express - overnight train journey.
Day 04 : Kodaikanal
After arrival in Kodaikanal Railway Station, Swagat Tours Representatives will assist you to transfer the hotel. Day at leisure. Enjoy boating in the lake in the evening. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Kodaikanal:- Located at distance of 120 kms from Madurai, Tamilnadu is famous as simply Kodai. Kodai is famous for its enchanting waterfalls, beautiful lake, summer festival. Kurinji Flower is the pride of Kodai that blossoms once in 12 years. It is charming hill station of India.
Day 05 : Kodaikanal
Visit Coakers Walk, Pillar Rocks, Bryant park, Kurinji Andavar Temple in the forenoon. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 06 : Kodaikanal - Thekkady (periyar)
Depart from Kodaikanal after breakfast to reach Thekkady for lunch. After arrival swagat Tours Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Take the launch trip in the lake in the evening to view Wild animals. Overnight stay will be at the Hotel.
Day 07 : Thekkady
After hearty breakfast in the morning, explore Thekkady. Come back to the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08 : Thekkady - Kottayam - Cochin
Leave Thekkady after breakfast to reach Kottayam. Take a boat cruise in the palm fringed scenic back waters. Reach Cochin in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 09 : Cochin - Trivandrum - Kovalam
Sight see the places of interest in Cochin - Bolghatty Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattancherry, Dutch Palace, Temple, Art Gallery and reach Kovalam. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 10 : Kovalam
Relax on the Beach during the day, in Kovalam. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 11 : Kovalam - Trivandrum - Onwards Destination
Depart from Kovalam and proceed to Trivandrum in time to board conveyance Back Home with Sweet Memories.
