Day 01 :- Arrive in Delhi
On your arrival at New Delhi International Airport Swagat Tours and Travels representative will receive you and escort you to your pre reserved hotel. Freshen-up & make yourself comfortable. Later you will proceed for guided city tour covering Raj Ghat, Red Fort (closed on Mondays) (Built of red sandstone dating from the very peak of the Mughal power), Rashtrapati Bhavan (The Presidential Palace) and the Secretariat buildings at Rajpath (The main avenue), India Gate (The India Gate is the national monument of India). Enjoy your welcome dinner and cozy night stay at hotel.
Day 02 :- Delhi – Gwalior (by train)
Take your hearty breakfast and then drive to Delhi railway station to connect the train to Gwalior. Reach there and check-in at hotel. Freshen-up & proceed for city tour covering Man Mandir Palace (The pearl among the fortresses of Mughal emperor Babar), City Palace and Sun temple (A newly built temple dedicated to the Sun god). Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03 :- Gwalior – Agra (by road) 125kms/2hrs
Post breakfast drive to Agra. On arrival at Agra, check-in at hotel. Freshen- up & proceed to visit Taj Mahal, (closed on Fridays) (UNESCO world heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World), Agra Fort (The most impressive part of the Fort are the Dewan – e – Aam, – or Hall of Public Audience where the Emperor met officials and listened to petitioners, and the Dewan-e-Khas, – or Hall of Private Audience where he received foreign dignitaries). Take your dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
Day 04 :- Agra – Jaipur (by road) 250kms/5hrs
Followed by your hearty breakfast, drive to Jaipur. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri (An epic poem in red sandstone, It was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and deserted 14 years later due to lack of water). On arrival, check-in at hotel. Evening is free for leisure activities at hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 05 :- Jaipur
Have an early morning breakfast and proceed for the guided tour of Jaipur starting from Amer fort situated on the outskirts of Jaipur. Reach the fort premises on an elephant back and feel the royalty of the area. Walk into the Sheesh Mahal and admire the amazing interior décor thought of over 200 years ago, On way back to Jaipur visit the Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, and City Palace Museum. If your time permits you can also explore the bustling bazaars of Jaipur. Dinner & overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06 :- Jaipur – Chittorgarh (by road) 300kms/5hrs
Post breakfast head towards Chittorgarh. Reach there and check-in at your pre reserved accommodation. Freshen-up & proceed to visit Chittorgarh Fort (Also called Chittaur, was the capital of Mewar under the Rajputs from the 7th century to the 16th). Evening is free for leisure activities at hotel. Dine and stay overnight at hotel.
Day 07 :- Chittorgarh – Udaipur – Ranakpur / Kumbhalgarh (by road) 200kms/4hrs
Take your breakfast and leave for Ranakpur/ Kumbhalgarh. En-route visit Udaipur the City of Lakes. On arrival, check-in at hotel. Rest of the day time is free for your own activities. Dinner and overnight will be at hotel.
Day 08 :- Ranakpur / Kumbhalgarh
Subsequent to your tasty breakfast embark to visit Ranakpur Jain Temple (It was built during the reign of the liberal Rajput monarch Rana Kumbha in the 15th century. The temple is renowned for its exquisite architecture and is supported by over 1444 differently carved pillars), Kumbhalgarh Fort (The most important citadel after Chittorgarh in the Mewar region). Come back to your hotel in time and enjoy dinner and night stay there.
Day 09 :- Ranakpur / Kumbalgarh – Jodhpur (by road) 200kms/4hrs
After enjoying your yummy morning breakfast head towards the next destination of your itinerary Jodhpur also known as the Blue City. Arrive there and check-in at hotel. Freshen-up & proceed for city tour covering Umaid Bhawan Palace (It is focusing on the 20th century history of the Jodhpur Royal Family), Mehrangarh Fort (The fort is situated 400 feet (122 m) above the city and is enclosed by imposing thick walls), and Jaswant Thada (It is an architectural landmarkcenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh). Your dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 10 :- Jodhpur – Jaisalmer (by road) 300kms/5hrs
Post breakfast drive to Jaisalmer, located in the heart of the Thar Desert in Rajasthan, famously known as the Golden City of India. Reach and check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day time is free for your own activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 11 :- Jaisalmer
After enjoying your toothsome breakfast leave for the city excursion of Jaisalmer the Golden City of India. There are many places of attractions in the city like Jaisalmer Fort, Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli, Patwon Ki Haveli (This is precisely the best because of two things, first that it was the first Haveli erected in Jaisalmer and second, that it is not a single Haveli but a cluster of 5 small havelis). Later in evening drive to Sam Sand dunes & enjoy the camel safari, cultural programs followed by dinner. Later drive back to Jaisalmer & overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 12 :- Jaisalmer – Bikaner (by road) 350kms/6hrs
Post breakfast drive to Bikaner. Arrive there and check in at the reserved accommodation. Freshen-up & proceed to visit Junagarh Fort (This fort was built by Raja Rai Singh Ji, the sixth ruler of Bikaner). The fort is one of its kinds with a strong, innovative and formidable structure, which is encircled by a water moat which is believed to have bred crocodiles in the past. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 13 :- Bikaner – Mandawa (by road) 200kms/4hrs
Have your hearty breakfast and leave for Mandawa. Reach there and check in at your pre booked accommodation. Take adequate rest and then leave for the city tour. Visit various fascinating Mansions (havelis) that have lavishly painted walls. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 14 :- Mandawa – Delhi (by road) 275kms/6hrs
Post breakfast leave for Delhi. Arrive Delhi and check in at your pre booked accommodation. Freshen-up & proceed for city tour covering Humayun’s Tomb (Built in 1565 AD by his grieving widow Haji Begum), The Qutub Minar (72 meters high and the ruins of Quwat – ul – Eslam (Light of Islam) Mosque), Jama Masjid (The most elegant mosque in India) and other places if time allows. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel.
Day 15 :- Delhi – Back Home
Take your morning meal and after that Swagat Tours and Travels representative will escort you to New Delhi International airport to connect to your flight way back home.
